Exclamation 2007 SS/SC MAJOR problem!!

Hey guys, before I go to the dealership I wanna see if any one else has had this problem. I have an 07 with just shy of 25k on it and it's been sittin for about 4 days in the garage. I go out just now to swap out some parts and stuff before I trade it in and try to start it and I get all kinds of things besides starting happening. Here's the list:

IC pump kinda sorta runs
Fuse Relay center is clicking
Blinkers/hazards are KINDA coming on
Theftlock security light in dash is flashing
ABS light is on
Check engine light is on
Won't crank at all
First key turn, the radio worked, now it doesn't
Turning the key off and taking it out has no effect, have to turn it on and off like 3 times to get everything to shut down properly

All of that happened at the exact same time every time I turn the car on. I can't even get the starter to try and crank. For anyone saying it's a dead battery, the battery is brand new and I don't have things in my car that would draw a consistent current from the battery besides a radar detector and I highly doubt that in 4 days that would have killed it.

I'm trying to go trade this car in tomorrow guys, so if you have any idea whatsoever, post it up. Something tells me I'm not going to make it tho.

depending on what u swapped in and out...but u shuld check ur voltage at the battery just in case and also up front where ur relay is cliking..its obviously an electrical issue so check all connections and wiring around the parts u swapped ..they mightve been disturbed in the process of u wrkn under the hood

Yeah i had similar problems, my radio display turned into a disco party, windshield wipers only had one speed, blowing turn signals like a ****, then finally, would not start. Took it to the dealership all that for a pinched ground wire....

iLL TELL YOU BECAUSE A BATTERY WILL SEND SAY 10V, NOT SO MANY AMPS, AND WHEN THE ELETRICAL CIRCUITS GET UNCONSTANT AMPS, AND UNCONSTANT VOLTAGE THE GAUGES, CEL LIGHT, SECURITY LIGHT, RELAY CLICKEN SOUND BECAUSE OF THIS. wHEN THERE IS NOT ENOUGH VOLTAGE THIS WILL HAPPEN. IN ANY CAR.

SORRY ABOUT THE CAPS, I AM AT WORK

Nah, i replaced my clutch and in the process pinched the ground wire putting everything back together... your battery isnt dead, your most likely getting inconsistent voltage.

well I've got someone on their way with a set of jumper cables to try and jump me. We'll see if that works or not. I only need it to be OK for 24 more hours lol then it'll be traded in and I won't have to deal with it anymore. I've had so many problems with this car that I've never had with any other car in my life. It's been back to the dealer 6 times in the 2 years I've owned it for warranty ****(I bought it brand new)

The guy above mentioned it in caps. Most of the stuff in the car needs 12v to work, with a almost dead batt there is less then that. So things are kinda turning on but not really. Try the jump, if that doesnt work get a Volt Meter out and put it across the terminals when you goto start the car. Watch what the voltage drops to. If it drops all the way off, prolly a bad ground or REALLY dead battery somehow.

Because inconsistent amps/ voltage makes a wierd flow of both. Making things try to run, but cant because it is not enough. just like if you havea car running you take a wire off it to the spark plug, it'll run but it wont run right , correct? So if you take another, it might start, but you wont keep it running. So you take another wire off it wont start at all, but youll here it try to fire that one plug, same motto, same reasoning. I mean yeah i crimp, or a faulty ground will of course do it. But if you really didnt go near the wireing then most likely dead battery. Or security.

****** A....it was a dead battery. Hooked it up to the neon and jumped it battery to battery for about 20 mins and it fired up. This is the most odd thing I've ever seen. I've had dead batteries in cars before and never seen the electrical system go haywire like that. Oh well, fixed now and I'll be leavin in 12 hours to go get mah new ride

Thanks for all ur help guys!
