Is 250whp possible with this?

Ok guys, I've been on a dyno twice now, completely stock. I went with a friend the 2nd time and the guy offered me a cheap price, plus his girlfriend wanted to hear the Cobalt on the Dyno. 
Anyways, the first time my best pull was 229.4 hp and 196.1 tq. The 2nd time I went my best was 228.8 hp and 196.7 tq. They were both 3rd gear pulls.
MY QUESTION TO YOU IS
With a CAI (Injen or K&N) and a full exhaust set up (header, catless downpipe and cat-back system) do you believe 250whp is in reach? I'm not trying to propose that I have a factory freak, I just want to know if this sounds logical. Any input is appreciated.

no.. ull need some engine mods other than a header and cai. dont go with stage kits unless u wana keep it warranty, aftermarket parts and flash produce more hp and is alot cheaper.
haha, nice dyno, i like your 3rd run.....you lost about 10hp but made an extra 200+ ft lbs of torque
