As has been said... 3" for turbo or really high power TVS. 2.5" should suffice for everything else. Go 3" intake if you can though.

Yeah I suppose it would be lol but it does go down under the master cylinder then around manifold then exits the hood by passenger strut tower this is on a sunfire not a cobalt tho
