No, there is no sanding of your supercharger involved.

Will this throttle body fit on my throttle body adapter without the use of a spacer?

Throttle body, canyon, colorado, 3.5l 04-06 $142.84 New

Correct me if im wrong but assuming the throttles bolt up the same i could purchase a spacer like this one http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Color...spagenameZWDVW and then all i would need is an intake adaptor

I have a few simple questions:

1. It's just a TB from a 4.2 I-6 (Trailblazer...)?

2. Where do you get a 3.5" - 3.0" coupler?

3. Do you have to get longer bolts to bolt it up with the spacer?

4. What has to be changed in HPT, is it just the ETC Area Scalar in the Idle Airflow portion?

Thanks Rebel! Once again helping those guys out who don't do all custom work themselfs. I know I would feel much more comfortable going with something you guys made since you can dyno and make sure its a perfect fit along with safe numbers. Looking forward to seeing more info on this, numbers will make or break me on a sale. Thanks!

Thanks Xtreme4U2NV for helping here and yes this guy works for us part time, he's just a bag of ideas

Ok since everyone is complaining about the price, how about this:

$49.99 for the spacer with a minimum of 20 people

The spacer will come with a notch for the evac line, a grove with gasket installed so you don't have to play around with messy liquid gasket and longer stainless steel bolts.

Remember this spacer also provides more area for air to be stored for quicker response.

ptrblkz24 as long as the inner diameter of the TB plate is 3" or very close to it, you won't need a spacer.

Ok let's get a list going, then maybe someone working at a dealer can work out a price for the actual throttle body:

1. quadracer0387
2.
3.

if we get the 20 people and since you're the first one on the list $300 total (intake will be polished SS, $50 more if you want it powder coated)

"Remember this spacer also provides more area for air to be stored for quicker response."

From everything Ive read TB spacers will not give any extra horse power. Ive seen this discussed many times before. This link below actually shows a tb spacer causes a loss in horsepower. Dont know if forced induction is different, maybe someone can elaborate.
So basically thelarger tb will help hp but the spacer is just a piece to attach the larger tb not an actual piece that increases hp.

take another $40 off then

if we sell 20 intakes aswell, I'm sure we can sweeten the deal for everyone.
