like title says, i'm tuning a "worked up" ecotec with unknown mods. last night on a few WOT pulls this thing was making upwards of 210kpa!!! (30psi!!) i dont see how this is possible.. also what size injector do the stock 2.0 supercharged engines run?

Stock is 32lb/hr. I believe And wow 30psi...maybe a clogged cat??

Where were you getting that reading from?

 

i have a similiar problem and noone seems to be sure why. my cat isnt clogged am running stock pulley and it boostes at 15. wtf? as for the OP that boost is way too high for a 3" pulley and can defenately be the cat been clogged or gauge not reading right. stock gauge only reads up to 20psi, so maybe his aftermarket inst working properly...?
