Powershift, powershift, powershift. When I powershift it cuts a half second off my time. Just don't remove your foot from the gas pedal the entire run, shift with it to the floor, tap the clutch and JAM it into gear.

You boost should be shutting down shortly after 6000. I would consider doing the boost bypass but not for daily driving. Keep it for the track.

You think it screams with a 3.0 you should try a 2.7"...if u floor it next to a jersey barrier with the window down you think your ear drums are gonna blow out...its awesome

Actually, powershifting is a good way to go through synchronizers... but anyway.

BOOST.

Nice to hear the good results . Im doing a 3" pulley this month and get the best out of it until the PCM can be cracked . Then I'll go bigger ....errrr smaller , I dont want to mess with piggybacks or a MafT .

Not Helpful really... It's been documented and discussed at great lenghts that the stock clutch is weak and fill fail very quickly if abused.

Powershifting doesn't damage the clutch; it damages the synchronizers.

Brian is right it damages your clutch...technically anything but double clutching "ruins" synchros. but in this case you keep the gas to the floor and the revs stay pinned. You push clutch in tranny input shaft and clutch disc start to slow. Synchros synchronize next gear with input shaft that is already spinning faster so now the tranny is ready for the next gear all at the same speed but the engine is reved out but due to rpm drop at same speed in higher gear the tranny is going to be slower. Guess what absorbs the extra revs to synchronize the tranny and motor...the clutch. The potential is there that youll be feading too much torque and the disc will slip instead of grabbing...if i power shifted my neon on nitrous the clutch would spin. If i completed the shift before going WOT again i'd have no problems

Ummm,

Burning The Clutch with friction? That somehow does not damage the disk? Physically Impossible and Incorrect.

Heat will warp the flywheel as well if it builds up after several passes.
