4.5 degrees of knock, missing 3.5 psi?

My setup: 2.8 pullied, 42.5# injector, stage 2 belt, stage 2 tune (updated), gmpp exhuast, ingalls, K&N intake, dual pass, opt b, etc.
This is at 6,000 ft above sea level and on the dyno this setup produced only 14.5 psi and 230whp, 208tq.

Today at the track I was seeing 4.5 degrees of knock at 6k rpm in second gear and the most boost I saw was 11 psi. I was also seeing knock in third between 1 and 2 degrees.
I'm not sure on AFR because my gauge is broken and is being fixed soon.

I normally run mid-low 14's but today I ran 14.8-15.0. My normal trap speed is between 97-99 mph and my trap today was never above 92 mph. My 60 foots stayed the same.
The track prep was amazing and the temperature was in the low 80's to low 70's with little humidity. My Iat's where only 20 above ambient at the beginning of each run and only 45 above at the end. My engine coolant temp. never went over 180 tho...

I'm not looking for bashing or endless banter, Just ideas on what could be going on and how to fix the issue.

Why has my boost dropped off 3.5 psi?
Why am I seeing knock so drastically in 2nd gear?

I'm thinking the knock is due to a bad timing tensioner that is yet to be replaced. My plugs are NGK BKR7E gapped at .035 and are brand new. Not sure about boost and was to scared about the knock isuue to try boost bypass mod.

Any ideas?
Thanks

How long have you been on this setup? I am running a very similar set up and it may be in the tune.

And for all of the people that are going to scream about IDC's being on a 2.8 and 42's, I have datalogged for 3 days straight and have never seen anything above 63% including being at the track on saturday.

Edit: double checked and it was 63%

What is it with people that dont understand altitude? Im at 6,000ft.

When my car was dynoed it only boosted 14.5 psi. Thats what a stage 2 at sea level produces. Thus, my IDC's are fine. They have never been over 85%...

Lets fix the knock issue, not give me newbie BS about IDC's.

Thank you.

Uhm.. Check your math again.

IDC = (IPW * rpm) / 1200

So.. (22 * 6800) / 1200 = 124.67

Though your pic is a bit blurry. You'll have to confirm that my numbers are correct.
