aem e85 fuel pump

Has anyone else bought one yet? Just got mine and tried installing it and its a little taller than OEM and won't go in the fuel canister easy. Didn't know if anyone else has had this problem or not. Any help?

I have black regular aem pump. It was a tight fit but still was able to snap it shut.
