M62 pulley

What is the smallest pulley that will fit without have the supercharger snout machined?

Technically the 2.8 but there is a Smoothflow 2.7 that has enough inner clearance to fit. Thats for the 4 bolt GM hub.

but why? you have a need to go below a 2.8 or 2.7? once you get into the need for such a small pulley and have truely maximized the m62's capabilities, you might as well save up for the TVS stock. more efficient, ton more air, and cooler without the risk of all that heat.

Im on the smoothflow 2.8" with dual pass, option b (intend on getting a proper flow through), ZZP S3, and i run water wetter with distilled water. ive got a devils own meth set up going in soon too. So if im not able to maintain proper cooling then I need to seriously just stop modding and save up for the TVS. thats my plan come Spring since right now ive got the engine build itself on my mind.

and I guess as usual...it really boils down to the question; "whas your power goal?"
300 can be done without going any smaller and doing a proper cam/meth set up.
