air leakage from rotor bores?

I was noticing something when reassembling my M62, when spinning the rotors with the snout off, im feeling air coming past where the gears are located on the opposite side. Everytime I spin it I feel a whoosh of air and a whistle coming from right behind the coupler gear side. Curious if this is normal behavior.

Side im feeling the air has the green coupler on it.

Maybe because it's not sealed...................

little bit more rustoleum between the rotorpack and the case might seal it up some

Lol cute, but i was more curious as to why it would pass through the bearing behind the gear and allow pressure into the oil case. But since im told this is normal im not worried bout it now. Not something i ever noticed before on other sc's.
