Any help appreciated

Hello

I'll try to give you asmucb details as possible.

2007 conalt ss s/c 185xxxmi
I drove this car north to a colder climate and I guess I didn't have enough antifreeze because my head cracked. I bought a new used head and swapped them. Put everything g back together and car will not start. I don't know where to start because I have no codes. I know the timing marks on the harmonic balancer line up with TDC because I checked with the #1 plug out and a extension dropped in while hand cranking. I will say it seems to be either getting to much fuel or not enough spark because the spark plug was saturated with fuel. I checked the Injectors and they seem to be ok. I started doing a compression test and get 95-100 on #1 am still in the process of the rest . What else can I do to figure this out I'm becoming kinda lost any help is appreciated thank you

Sounds like either or both the Crank Position Sensor (CKP) & Cam sensor. When you checked TDC did you make sure the Cam sensor was Zeroed on the mark?

Do you have fuel ? do you have spark ? Do you have a valid rpm reading on a scan tool ? etc

basics first.
