Buy hptuners and learn 2 toon. There is a lot of help on the redline forums and hptuners

 

easier said than done... $600 is a lot for me to spend in my current situation. Just got a house, heading back to school, etc..

Tuning makes the setup work, as most have said. I'd suggest the 2.8" pulley/50 shot route to be the safest, that will give you plenty of power and not have to worry about it. You can easily spray more on that, I ran as high as a 90 shot on a car with a 2.9" pulley IIRC and it worked just fine. Proper setup, good attention to the car and maintaining everything, driven properly and it will work.
