When it comes in, can you see if there are threads on the inlet/outlet..or if it is just a bung.

very easy to install but you have to cut a 2 inch rectangle out of the impact bar for it to work properly.

Ok. With no threads, you will have to weld AN fittings on, or just use a hose clamp. Or.... just use rubber hose. Are you installing it inline with the stock HE, or are you running this one as a stand alone?

one side goes from the engine to the heat exchanger, and the other side goes to the pump and they clamp with rubber hoses

I understand that. I was just curious if anyone was running this one in series with their factory HE, or if they were replacing it with a more efficient one. If it were me, I'd just use one, but I've seen some people run the ones from the Cobras inline with their factory ones.
