Anyone who has ZZP Downpipe with header?

Anyone who has the ZZP downpipe with any header (not GMPP) what are your thoughts? I was looking into either purchasing the ZZP Header and Downpipe combo or actually buying the TOG with Flange from ZZP and their downpipe. I have the 2.5" Corsa Sport and i'm thinking it will sound quite nicely.

With cat. California emissions are really strict.

The only thing about the JBP header is that it is extremely expensive. It better put out some nice gains and look great for what they are selling it for

one more thing, the welds on that downpipe are some of the best I've seen. I took it to a local performance shop and the guys there were all jealous of the workmanship.

Ya the welds on the downpipe are excellent. I'd wait to order the header if I were you. Some people said it has fitment issues. I'll let you know tomorrow.

I didn't have issues with the fit, I just didn't tighten all the bolts down and I got on it real hard and loosened them up and thought I floated a valve...scared the crap outta me...the sound was coming from the drivers side of the top of the engine. We tightened the bolts and it went away.

Awesome.. Sounds great. I bet it will sound nice with my Corsa. I was thinking of buying the TOG with the adapter flange. hmmm not sure. The primaries on the TOG are a little larger. 1 3/4" as compared to 1 5/8" on zzp. not sure what performance difference that would make

DO NOT GET THIS HEADER.... It fit like crap. The bends were like an inch off. I couldnt even make this thing fit if i wanted to. The downpipe is also making a horrible noise. Hopefully ZZP will help resolve the issue with the header. $550.00 dollars later and I got ****. God I am so damn mad. I guess you get what you pay for.

WOW that really sucks, ZZP says that the downpipe needs to break in. Thats what they are claiming the weird sound is coming from. As far as the header not fitting, how can it fit on one car and not on another, doesnt make sense. Can anyone shed more light on this problem?

Ya they told me after 100 miles it should sound better but I have put 200 miles on mine and the sound is still pretty loud. I called them and they said the sound will never tottaly go away.
