Anyway to Eliminate Torque Steering?
My car torque steers to the left hard in second, and to the right in third. Had a few close calls while passing on country roads when I get pulled back into the lane I just left. Any ideas? Thanks.
did you resently upgrade your rims?
wheel offset plays a big factor in the wheels ability to grab control, not just a brake clearance issue... If you have too much contact outside the normal spec you'll have more bump steer and torque steer.. however more contact on the inside of the wheel wheel give you less toque/bump steer...

LSD definately helps. Even still I had to get used to compensating for the torque steer while accelerating. Another thing that helps is to get a torque brace, when I put my Ingalls on it helped a bit with the torque steer.

Anyways you can get the LSD from your GM Parts Source, whichever one that may be. I thought I saw an LSD setup from a vendor a time back but I doubt that.

GM Parts source that has JUST the LSD? Not sure.. but I don't think so.
Turbo tech has one, as well as Dezod, but they cost at least 1300 and install is a bitch.

Are you confusing torque steer with just a light front end from accelrating? Torque steer is not going to change directions on you, it will pull in one direction only.
These cars have virtually no tourque steer because they use equal-length drive axles. It sounds to me your just feeling a light front end from having so little weight up there coupled with very little traction left.
