bad mab header install
bad mab header install
just installed the bad mab header on the car lastnight, wasnt very hard, just took alot of time since the bolts are a pita to get to. had the car out today since the roads are pretty good and everything seems good, but i was just wondering if i should install the heat sheild, or if it will be ok without, personally i dont wanna put it back on, but i dont wanna melt or burn anything. thanks guys.
ok just checking guys thanks, it will fit as some said it may take some bending, but it wilo nly be held on by 2 of the 3 bolts, the 1 bolts to the manafold, the others bolt to the motor. no biggie, ill let it off.

Just leave it off
I have had mine since february and I am happy with it. I used the header to head gasket that came with it but I put a GM gasket where it bols up to my ZZP downpipe. I never had good luck with those foil gaskets holding up so I just chucked that one.

im new to the SS scene, if i run a bad mab header, can i go with the 3" zzp DP w/ 2.5" tail flange and and ark grip catback?, i know the catback is 2.5", but i hear alot of members going for the bad mab shortie and not sure if the zzp DP will bolt to the bad mab without any problems, the catback is designed for oe dp they say
