Just so its said:
Don't just look at numbers and see one car will make more power because he runs X timing and I run Y. That is NOT always the case! I can show you a LNF running 14* of peak timing that outperformed a car we had 18* on. And this happens often. Thats why its best to street tune the car then dial in the power on the dyno.

Over stock, pretty much. The only header that is despised on this forum is the "noodle" jbp header. When looking for a header, especially on a boosted vehicle, the straighter it is the better. You want something that doesn't have a ton of loops and bends etc. The better the car can breathe the quicker it will be.
