Belt Squeak Problem
Belt Squeak Problem
I'm running a 2.6" pulley with a zzp over sized tensioner pulley. When I accelerate and hit about 2500 rpms, I hear belt noise. A steadily increasing chirp would best describe it and the noise happens both when in boost and not. It's been rather cold here at night while its doing it (40* and such in Northern Florida) and I dont know if that has anything to do with it but just in case.
Does anyone have any idea what it could be? Pulley bolts? Does the tensioner have a certain tq spec that I exceeded? Or maybe the tensioner is too big/small and I need an adjustable tensioner? Any advice helps!

checked all the pullies and it appears that the belt is on fine. The squeak will be there when I cold start it but will eventually go awhile after idling for 5 minutes but then it'll squeak if I give it gas
Could it be the bearing on the tensioner?
edit: also, I've gone wide open throttle 2nd, 3rd and 4th consecutively and the belt didnt slip
