Canada belt tensioner issues

I have a 2006 cobalt ss/sc with about 45k miles on it. Just recently I have started hearing a noise around the engine that I thought was an internal problem but turns out it is the belt tensioner. I can see it actually moving and making the clicking sound. I have been doing some reading and seems alot of people have had to replace these , anyone know if there is a TSB for this **** ? A 3-4 year old car shouldn't need a whole new tensioner assembly already in my opinion , should be covered under some warranty but all I have left is 1 year of powertrain warranty so hoping someone maybe seen a TSB for it.
If not , maybe know where I can buy one ? It looks like its bouncing around inside the shock part of it , i have checked all the bolts and everything is tight so I know I need a replacement. Thanks for any replieS!

I just had to buy one, 450.00 from gm. Only place I could find one, ordered one from Rockauto that listed for the lsj but was for a 2.2l.
