I'm trying to decide what to spend 600 I've been saving on the Balt. Pretty stock so far.

Depends what you want with the car, imo stg2 is a waste of time if you know how to tune or can get tuned by someone. If you can the get a 2.8, 60's that is a good start and you could have extra money left over for a tune if you can't do it yourself

100~350 depending on if the tuner has the year for the car or not. I would make a thread about CT tuners and see what comes up. THen talk to people the person has tuned. I don't know of anyone off hand out your way though. Then there are performance shops as well

Gonna have $500.00 to spend so this will need to be with installation. As I don't have any tools to do this myself I have a tech at work that will do stuff for me on the side. Also want to keep the warranty.
I was thinking about Ther GMPP performance catback. But what would the gains be?

So suggest away

And if I decide to get the catback what tip looks best IYO?
i'd say that warranty might be a little iffy if u slap that 2.9 on there ...gm catback goes down .25" on the stock pipe..to my knowledge any way..dunno why u would wanna make it smaller diameter..get a custom bend job for a 2.5" pipeing or something..gains all depends, each car is diff

500 bux isnt nearly gonna cover all teh supporting mods needed to run a 2.5" and 60#s. (tune, full exhaust, water/meth injection)

first of all the OP will need the stage 2 belt from GM and some colder spark plugs in order to drop pulley size below 3.0"

I did mine for $400, who says you need to have supporting mods to start out you can work your way to that.
