best of the best with lsj's inside plz

Ok so the whole story is I got ottp stage 1 bout a year ago. also added vibrant header and high flow magnaflow cat with a 2.5 mandrel bent cat back with 18"resonator and magnaflow muffler. I went with canned tune from ottp for a while and then I added meth inj. and had zach do a custom tune on it. within a couple weeks of the meth and the tune I starting collecting black soot on my rear bumper near the exhaust. shortly after than i got a cel 0420 i believe that comes up cat problem. well now at 2500 rpms on level ground in 5the gear my vaccum is about 8 to 10 negative. my boost often hits 18 or 18.5 in wot.

So I guess my questions are as follows:

Do I take the dp off and ram a crow bar down it and get as much of the cat cleaned out?

Is the cat for sure clogged?

Do I need a retune due the soot building up on my rear bumper? Is it running to rich or what?

Then I got to thinking that if all that soot is makin it to the bumper what do my plugs look like? should i replace those too?

Any help from all of you that are waaaay smarter than me would be appreciated..

Thanks
Tim

sounds very rich to me. check your plugs. if they are covered in black on the tip then you are for sure running rich.
