Why is there a thread on changing your SC oil, is it not oil for life?
yes it is considered a "sealed unit" which is good for 100k+ miles. But alot of people are running smaller pulleys than stock which are spinning the **** out of the blowers. So some feel it is good idea to change it.
I would just wait till the coupler gets noisey and change both at the same time.
I have changed mine before, and it was not needed. So i dont recommend it.

If you're stock or GM Stage 2, you don't really need to change it unless you service the blower (Coupler replacement...etc).
If you're using a small pulley, you should do a periodic change depending on how much you push the car.

if youre overspinning the blower i assume the oil is getting very hot and some of its properties will be lost alot faster that way. i dont know exactly when you should change it but 25k doesnt sound bad to me.
