so we figure that since they make killer sounding systems for larger engines, we feel they will produce a quality product that sounds good for ours as well

I've had good experiences with both Magnaflow and Flowmaster on 6 cylinder engines. I had a dynamax POS system on my talon...it sounded....ok....performance....ok....

actually i think he was asking which exhaust on an SS/SC would sound most like a stang or F-body.

realistically i agree with what someone said earlier in the thread. no 4 cylinder will ever sound like a V8. Muscle cars get that distinct sound because they are V8s. The sound of the engine is dependent on the number of cylinders, the size of the chambers, the type of intake, the firing order, the headers or exhaust manifolds, the exhaust pipe tubing, and finally the muffler chambers themselves. Of course, that list is not conclusive.

i voted other because i'm designing my own. i designed a killer single exhaust for my 350Z and plan to make one for my Cobalt as well.

other = corsa touring , slightly louder than stock at wot other than that very quiet but mean no ricey noises at all
