zzp midlength is you best bet for the headers ive seen. id rather a true long tube, but i havent seen any results from any. just watever you do dont bother with a shorty, i have one on my car ( bought the car with it) with 3" exaust and its got no torque whatsoever.

I suggest a Pacesetter with custom down pipe. I have a Pacesetter 1 3/4" w/ 3" collector, and a custom down pipe w/ 3" catless exhaust. I love it, sounds great and makes awesome power.

i think the header is 189 coated or in that ball park, and then whatever your dp cost to make.

Depends on how much you want to spend and what your ultimate goals are with the car. If you want more power 3" is the way to go for the dp, if you want the most power overall a longtube header will give you the best numbers followed by a mid length then a shorty.

I've got the magnaflow cat-back and the xtc catless downpipe. Both of them being 2.5, I plan on getting the new cobalt addiction version 2 header. I think it has 1.7 primaries and a 2.8 collector. Hopefully that header will work nice with my set-up.

Atleast you have some common sense. Some people waste 600+ dollars for a header that will gain maybe 1 hp more then a pacesetter or a ZZP that's half the price.

I believe yes it is, When you run a 3" you are going to lose so low end tq but you will make it up in the top end. I would say if you plan on running close to 300 whp get it if not get a 2.5 inch catback, cti will custom make the dp for you so that you can run a 2.5.
