just wondering what the effects would be if i swapped from a 2.9 to 3.0" pulley. ive heard some people gain power and some people will lose power. i know it helps with heatsoak as the smaller pulleys generate more heat. also will it make the car run rich? any info appreciated!

 

For 1 lb of boost prob nothing. I went from 3 to 2.8 and gained tq. When you go from 2.5 to 2.8 u wont heat soak as much but u lose some tq. Bigger wil richen ur afr but the comp prob wil comprnsate for that slight change of a lb of boost. Imo not worthyhe time or money to switch

Bigger pulley =less heat less boost
Smaller =more boost more heat
