I was thinking of going with these instead of the BKR7E and was wondering people were re-gapping them or leaving them alone.

Are they even supposed to be re-gapped?

Anyone leave them alone at .030 and have issues?

For your mods you want to gap the plugs at .40
Trust me I have tried 4 different gaps and that was the smoothest under high boost.
