go to autozone. Buy Gloss black spray paint for plastic/vinyl. Take off the bowties. cover the "chrome trim" around the bowtie with tape. spray paint them.

i covered da bitch all up with vinyl. and took a really sharp knife and cut right were the chrome is. just don't cut your self

anyway paints them, black spray paint and clearcoat. Easy, cheap

yeah I noticed once I blacked mine out and added my under hood decals my car pulled way harder on the free way!

$2 can of spray paint. a hair dryer/heat gun and then some double sided sticky tape is your friend.

Yep. The bowtie is held together with a strip of double sided sticky tape. Take a heat gun and you can pull the bowtie apart without damaging it. Paint the gold part color of your choice. then use double sided sticky take and put it back together.

why take it apart to paint it? just mask it off. the adhesive they use to hold it together is not double sided tape.
