Black smoke means

I notice when i floor it mostly in first and second since the rpms climb the fastest that i shoot out tons of black smoke. This only means that i'm running rich right?

I'm not too positive since I got a new downpipe (which isn't cracked and reading lean as hell) but I'm pretty sure It's around 10.5. 9<afr<11 I'm looking for someone to give me a custom tune as we speak.
