thanks man me and him are going to due are bests in the gm book were going bye thee rebuild and it says the stock cams and valves can hold over 300 and so can the connecting rods. So as far as stuff goes now Im getting the Cometic Head Gasket and Diamond Racing forged Pistons and rings. Might put new clutch in and might due cams but not to sure yet still plenty of time to decide

Good luck, like I said in the other thread. Cracking open the A/C line just gave you more work than was needed. Also, if you are just doing pistons on the bottom end, don't even bother dropping the motor. You are just wasting valuable time. This all can be done in 8-10 hours start to finish.
thanks everyone were trying are best and where puttind diamond pistons in so whetever compression they are not going to worry about porting the im and supercharger to much money for like little horsepower gain
thanks man

I get the removing the engine to clean everything up but I don't understand why you removed the head first.
Also, just a heads up for the next time, the A/C line doesn't need to be removed to pull off the I/M. I have pulled 3 LSJ's out of my car and not once did I need to drain the A/C or disconnect a line.
