bouncing tac at idle stop?

bouncing tac at idle stop?
When I come to a stop I am getting a really rough "fluxuating" idle. It only happens once in a while but, the tack goes nuts for about 5 seconds and then settles down? any good ideas about whats goin on? thanks for any response
