The black smoke is a fuel issue. Close the gap a little bit. Check coilpacks and all wiring, if any wires are loose or frayed it will definately cause a misfire.
Is it all cylinders misfire or down to a specific one? Cels?

my cel came on today...it goes off and on...im going on vacation for 2 weeks...so ill see if my dad can do the MAF
This is going to sound harsh I'm sure and I apologize ahead of time if you're offended. You need to get it together and diagnose the problem with the motor that's in the car before you consider anything else. You've given a list of symptoms but have no diagnosis of the problem. It may not be the engine at all.
If something IS in fact wrong with the engine, then, DUH - YOU NEED TO KNOW WHAT CAUSED IT. It sounds to me like you're ready to run out and buy or build a replacement, spend thousands of dollars, and at this rate destroy that motor too!
There's OBVIOUSLY something wrong. You need to go step by step and find out what exactly it is - ignition, electrical, fuel, MAF, tune, etc.

I wish i could go out and spend 3500 on a new engine when it didnt work right.
you could go out and replace your engine, but if its a problem with the MAF, you could have spent 40 bucks fixing it.

so from what i got, it missfires sometimes?? when you get on it? and in the morning? but somtimes it doesn't missfire? And the dealer can't find the problem because it runs ok when they have it? Sounds like coil pack to me. something spark related.
Pull the CEL and PM me the number or post on here. Not the first time nor will it be the last time I've seen this. More than likely your MAF is dirty as **** and needs a good cleaning with some CRC MAF Cleaner! Your plugs need to be gapped tighter after that, and 11.3 is not too bad, but it is still a bit on the rich side. IMO optimal A/F is 11.6-11.8 with variances depending on the tune. I highly doubt your engine has any internal issues with the description given, unless there is some knocking, white smoke from the exhaust, or oil slinging about in the engine bay.
yeah, I agree with most here... Thats a problem with wires, coils, plugs, or something to do with a sensor... any smoke coming from the engine bay while its running? I blew a plug out a little while ago and there was a bit of exhaust gas coming from the engine bay when it happened, since the plug wasnt in and the damn car was running... Oops...
Could it be an injector in an open loop? Happened to me on 42's and it would hardly drive when cold, and would stutter and shoot black smoke when i gave it a good amount of gas or revved hard. What are your cruising AFR's? Mine were pretty rich when mine was in an open loop.
find another lsj and sway some parts to see if it fixes it. Injectors, throttle body, pcm, and what ever sensors u can get to easily. put themon the other car an see what car the problems pop up in
What it sound like is when it is cold it is in closed loop, when it warms up it is open loop so the ecu is looking at all the sensors. What it sound like s a sensor issue. like a maf or fuel injector.
