so if i ordered one this week could i expect to get it within the month??

 

i was told last week that i should expect it this week any chance thats true?

 

yeah... supposedely the rest of the oreder shipped out last week.... so sometime in the middle of this week they should be here. To the guys that ordered it first, your's are on the way to you (first 8 on backorder)(

 

Well summer's coming pretty fast here in Tucson, but am willing for them to not rush the product. Rushing parts and then being of poor quality when delivered is not good for business!

 

So I'm ordering my CA heat exchanger tomorrow. anyone have any idea how long its gonna take to get it??

any updates on whether or not the H/Es came in?

 

i just got off the phone there supposed to be in sometime this week but who knows if they actually come in

 

i didnt get a chance to read the entire post but yes these have been on back order for a while. we are buying out the manufacturers entire stock and they arent supplying fast enough. a lot of people get very impatient. its understandable. we are working the fastest we can. Kennys been very sick with bronchitis/ pnuemonia for a month now and hes still working his butt off to try and get everything out to the people who are waiting but the HE are on backorder and that is holding us back.

furthermore, if a manufacturer tells us that the parts will ship and then they dont, they are misleading us and that in turn makes us look bad when we are under the impression that things are shipping when in fact they arent. we can not control the shipping from a manufacturer. they make these things as fast and they can and get them to us as fast as they can. they make parts in bulk as well and ship in bulk. they do not ship one at a time so sometimes we are waiting on 10 to ship at one time which takes longer to make then 1.

as far as the I dont give a F--- ...i can not and will not believe that anyone would have said that on the phone to you. as many phone calls as we get a day and people we deal with i have yet to hear anyone say someone has given them an attitude. that is obsurd. if you let me know directly who you spoke to that said that...i will take care of it....

 

while understanding that you have no control over the mafacturer you should prolly post on your website that they are on back order so people are at least aware of this before they purchase it

 

for the second time, i never said that he said those exact words.what i meant when i said that was that that is the atitude that i got. Every time i called, by the tone of his voice i got the immpression that he thought i was just an annoying punk ass kid who was bothering him and he really doesn't know when they will come but he really dont care. again, he didnt say those exact words, however, that is the immpression i got. But here is the bottom line, and here is why i am as pissed off as i am: I was lied too. i cannot stand liers. IF YOU DONT KNOW SAY YOU DONT KNOW! DONT **** ME AROUND FOR TEN ******* WEEKS MAKING ME MORE AND MORE PISSED OFF TO THE POINT WHERE I CALL AND FLIP ****! I WAS FED BULLSHIT FOR TEN ******* WEEKS. i am not just "some kid" i am not someone that doesnt understand where your coming from. i work at a shop. i have worked at a shop for 4 years, and on top of that, it is family owned, so i have been around this **** all my life. i know how to run a damn buisness. i am sorry if i come off as a *****, but someone needs to pull there head of out there ass and figure ut what the hell is going on. if you dont know, either say you dont know, or find out

 

damn i hope i dont have to wait 10 weeks. lol.
