Remove both the headlight and the rubber black crap around the inner wheel well undo the bolts for the lower airbox, jack up the car and rip that sucker out.

U don't have to but it will be a lot easier. It's a tight fit if you don't because you have to slide the top through that little hole.

Well I took the inner wheel weel out and hook the horn out and everything thing in the front left end. my intake was used so i really didn't car about scratch. 1 thing to do is go to advance and buy like 1/4 heat hose and put it around the rim of the hole so your intake does rub up against and scratch the **** out of it.

ok thats what my friend started to do, scratch arent that big of a deal, especially in a place where noone will ever see them

yeah but if it rubs enough it can put a hole in it. After a while i'm going to go 3in stainless steel.

im by no means a mechanic and mine was pretty simple. i didnt even fully remove the plastic inner fender well. i took the screws out of 3/4 of it in the front and folded it back behind the rotor( with tire off of course). pulled out stock box and installed injen in about 10 mins... no headlight or bumper removed at all... use the rubber that came with it and put it around the hole that the intake goes thru and its a snap man...
