are you sure you don't have any pipeing loose?
I don't think so. But I'm sure P0068 is because of the smaller pulley cause it started right after it was installed. P1182 could be cause of the oil off the K&N getting onto the sensor. This one has been on/off for about a year now.

no it's ok thanks, the codes come again after I remove them. Limp mode is always after 5000rpm. I just need a performance reflash.

Dude, be careful with the 2.86" pulley. Without bigger injectors and and a reflash, your car is trying to protect itself from leaning out when you go WOT which may explain why you're getting the code after 5K rpm. Until you get the reflash and injectors, I would consider letting off the throttle a bit - Ang

Bro, you can even go down to a 2.85" as a daily driver. I would highly consider the ZZP pulley...it's only $100 USD. The Billetflow is $149 to start.

but the thing is i'm not going over 12.5psi cause I got the bypass hooked up and I can see it on the boost gauge. The only difference is I'm hitting higher boost at lower rpm....is it because it's not giving enough fuel at these lower rpm's?

true, ive heard some of the zzp pullies rust or squeel, dunno if i wanna deal with that though, i read that here a while back. thats the only reason why id choose the billet flow 2.9 over the zzp 2.85.

I just read a guy with a Billetflow complaining that he needs to replace his because it's worn down thinner. I've never had a squeal problem from day 1. The ZZP is built specifically for this engine, the Billetflow is a generic. It's up to you. I'm very happy with mine. Also, the ZZP and Intense hubs are the same.

Check to see if the bypass is done correctly because it sounds like the PCM is bleeding off boost to protect the engine. You'll boost sooner because the SC is spinning faster at lower RPM. You may need to get the PCM reflashed before you damage the engine.

Info is false Ang. The ZZP is the generic one as it started life as an 8 rib pulley hence your really wide, flat unused part of the pulley. The Billetflow is made specifically for this car as it is a proper 6 rib and machined that way.

sct is working on being able to tune our cars. This is one of the best tuning software programs in the industry. SCT is also what the shop uses to tune the svt cobras. By the way the shop is called steeda.ca and is in milton. Their record for tuning speaks for itself, do a search on a mustang form. I plan on waiting for sct to crack the code on our computers .

Based on the limited GM product the SCT tool currently supports (according to their website) compared to other tuning products that exist like HPTuners/Superchips, EFILIve, and LS2Edit etc- I wouldnt hold my breath waiting for them to bring you any LSJ tuning. http://www.sctflash.com/product_gm_xc2.php
You'd be better off convincing your local tuner to grab the ONLY tuning solution that cuurently exists on the LSJ. HP Tuner

"bypass is on" as in stock form with all hoses hooked up....so it is bleeding for sure once it hits 12.5 psi....injectors and reflash will be done soon

mase, once you get stage 1 flash and injectors you will be ok, just dont run the boost bypass mod since there will be no need for that anymore.

The reason that sct is working on getting our computers cracked is they are very similar to the computers for the LS2 corvettes. So really they want to crack it so they can tune the vettes, but as a spin off they will be able to tune our cars

I hate all you bastards with s/c'ers! So easy to gain hp with just swapping pullies. But turbo's too with tuning but its just so damn easy with a s/c. I should twin charge mine hahah lol some guy in the US twincharged his STi. Runs a GT30R and a Roots type s/c.

I want a ride in Sean's car! You too Anj, i want to scope out those gauges u picked up.

These modules are NOT similar in any way shape or form (well other than the connectors)
The LS2 use an ECM that goes by the designation of E40. The LSJ uses a PCM called the P12. Any knowledge they gather "cracking" the E40 (assuming they will-other companies have been tuning it for 2 years now) will be of little help dealing with the P12. Like I said I wouldnt hold my breath waiting for an SCT "tuning box" for the LSJ.
