Carstedts LSJ round 2
Hey, I'm finally getting ready to assemble carstedts car finally, after months of issues, but their all getting sorted out finally, so here we go.
Right now, I'm still waiting for a couple parts, so I'm getting the block masked and ready for paint, once I get a nice day out, been too cold lately. but she's gonna be moving along fairly quick.
bot the block and the girdle put together and about ready for some paint and primer.
Diamond .020 over pistons with Teflon side, and ceramic top coats, should hold up pretty well, and stock rods for now.
and some nice neutral balance shafts

it already had darton sleeves in it, and we only replaced the one that was messed up really bad, the other 3 had waves in it and when the machine shop was honing it out they were already over .010 and their was still waves in the sleeves, so we went .020 and the walls are perfect now.

yeah, the machine shop did a really good job of checking everything out, everything is nice and square, so everything is looking good, the crank was 10 grams out of balance when they checked it, its now all within .5 a gram. so she should be nice and smooth

Looking good. I'd say this might be the most anticipated car to have back together on the site. Everyone is always is asking for his numbers and when it's finally back together they can see what a TVS LSJ can really do
