CEL codes

My CEL came on when I turn my car on yesterday morning, don't know how or why but here are the code's I got. (P0300, P2135) After the guy at Autozone check it my CEL went off. So has this happen to anyone else? This isn't the first time that my CEL has came on then turned off.

0300 is a random cyl misfire...my car is popping up with that code because i just GMR cams in it and it hasnt been tuned yet...
