Just pull out the MAF and clean it with a soft cloth and a bit of soapy water (no harsh chemicals). Then make sure it is fully dry.
Sure, it could be unburnt fuel, but that much unburnt fuel on a stock car is not normal. You need to get that checked out man. Something could be very wrong...

as long as my car is fine it doesnt bother me. i just dont want it blowing up or anything stupid like that. my cars my life. it doesnt happen when my cars warmed up. its only the first inital "vroom" lol. i'm supossed to do an oil change tomorrow but its royal purple. but i dont understand how the oil could be too thin becuase its the same weight as the regular oil. 5w30
Why wouldn't you just get it checked out by the dealer? That's the beauty of warranty. Tell them that you've had it for several thousand miles (a little bit) and that it's been getting worse lately. If you decide to go with the intake on, make sure that you don't tell them it got worse now that it is on.
As for the RP, I was just suggesting. RP is made differently (chemically) than other oils. If the other guys are sure that it's not the oil, than I believe them.
Maybe your stock tune is bad and needs a reflash?

Black smoke usually means the gasoline is not burning right in the engine, the cai may cause this because the engine is taking in more air than gasoline therefore not igniting well in the combustion chamber. All you have to do is go and get it tuned.

You did unplug your battery after the install, right? Your car needs to be reset in order to relearn the new air coming in. To clear the code itself, yes you can usually use a scan tool to clear it. The dealer will typically charge you for doing it so if you have the tool, do it yourself.
