1. remove blower from manifold.
2. remove the 8 or so bolts that hold the snout on and pull off snout (all 4-6 oz of oil will come out so make sure you get more gm s/c oil)
3. pull off the coupler and push new one on.
4. clean surface of snout and housing and seal with RTV before bolting back together.
5. reassemble and fill with 4.5 oz of fresh oil

Well, I changed the coupler and oil today and painted the blower. It took me about 3 hours to do everything, It was all very easy and straight forward and this is coming from a guy that doesn't really have any mechanical skills!! oil smells like **** by the way....never realized a smell could make you puke so quick!!

This is a good saart but on an M90. Basicly the same idea.

Also look on you tube for the zzp video version. I lost the link tho. sorry

Either way its pretty easy just smells bad and gets oil every where. Removing the snout for the first time was hard too, Needed a rubber mallet.

good luck! pm if you need any help!

I think it's better to do off of the car but you could try with it on. might cause more problems with the coolant line above the snout. Oil will go everywhere.
