Cleaning the blower

I'm trying to clean the blower to prep it for Metal polishing. I seem to be using Mineral spirits with a plastic scrubber and occasional brillo pad. Anyone else have a faster method. It seems not to work the best.

it's got alot of dirt and crap built into the metal. i don't wanna just polish over that

The wirebrush would work really good for just taking the dirt and stuff off, so would a sandpaper attachment thing

anytime you polish something like this you take metal away, not add a coat of something to it..

Clean Streak. That stuff will spray the grime right off. If youre Dremeling use the wire brush.

i got a fine wire brush on a DRILL and for the hard details i use the dremel. I've been Porting/Polishing supercharger in and out. As well as porting the outlet for a LS4 tb to fit on it. Lots of work taking me a little bit of time. Dremel takes forever tho
