who has had the best luck with what clutch? let me know your first hand experience. my clutch is gone and i'm trying to do some research.

has anyone used the exedy stock replacement? i found one with a fidanza flywheel for 525. i have zzp stg2, air box mod, and slp loudmouth.

 

i would just get the gm clutch kit upgrade, thats my plan, its cheap, like 260bucks shiped for a clutch pressure plate slave cyl and spline tool.

 

never heard they had such a thing i'll try crateenginedepot.com. anyone else?

 

Best bang for the buck! you must drive a lot, I still have my factory clutch @ 44k. Not going any time soon. And yes... I do race my car.

 

drive alot??? i have 74k miles on that clutch. yeah, i have driven alot since '05...

I have a centerforce df clutch. It has a little bit of chatter, but it's well worth the money and stands up to my power well.

 

i might go with the gm upgrade. they made the car, who else do you trust? but, if lsjwannabe has a good deal...we'll see what happens.

of course gm makes crap. but, gmpp doesn't really make anything i would ever call crap. that is who developed it. i believe his name was aaron allison.
