Clutch/transmission

So recently i posted about having a grinding noise when down shift, The other day i was driving to work and all of a sudden my clutch felt really lose and it became hard to shift into gear... I took to a shop and they said probably a throw out bearing .. OK so when they told me that they said they couldn't find any clutch kit or anything but back east for 420 bucks.. Now clutch is still kind of lose but i don't have to push it to the ground to turn on the car like you would if you have no clutch.. so i dont know just have a feeling i might be getting scammed pay for the part but then they send it back but not telling me.. Also, when i shift now i can hear a grind when i push into gear and if i hold the clutch.. i need help and maybe some advice thanks.

Go to the dealer pay for diag and get an estimate on a repair. take it somewhere else if you can afford to have them fix it or do it your self. should only cost you about $100 diag
