I have a list of codes from my buddys car and i already know what they mean, but can somebody point me in a direction to maybe solve the issue. FOR A 2006 SS/SC
P0118- Engine Coolant Temperature (ECT) Sensor Circuit High Voltage ECM, PCM
P0230- Fuel Pump Relay Control Circuit ECM, PCM
B1325-Device Power 1 Circuit BCM, IPC, Radio, SDM
U2105-Lost Communications with Engine Control System- BCM, EBCM, PSCM, TCM
U2100-Controller Area Network (CAN) Bus Communication- BCM, EBCM, ECM, IPC, PCM, PSCM, Radio, SDM, TCM, VCIM
U2107- Lost Communications with Body Control System- EBCM, ECM, IPC, PCM, PSCM

Always start by checking all your fuses, then if they're all good. I would clear the codes and see if they come back. If they come back soon after clearing them then I'd start to be concerned that you have a problem.
They are mostly related to a loss in power by reading the descriptions so it reads like your ECU fried or you lost power to everything connected to the ECU.
