If yo go for a beat run after you install a dual pass you will notice your stock H/E will become hot. The after market H/E compliments the stock H/E when you have dual pass installed.

Somewhere in the words of ss.net past someone said that a after market h/e alone made a big difference. It's a common misconception.

I think that pump tuning along with the dual pass was the most effective of my cooling mods.
a how-to on this would be greatly appreciated

Not to hijack the thread, but I just did a cobra h/e, and anytime I pull over and put my hand to the cobra h/e, it feels completely cold...like fluid is not even running through it. Normal?

first question, I questioned him and he couldn't provide any evidence. His actual claims where that it outperformed the CXRacing and Stock Cobra h/e. But he never provided any proof. So instead of posting the proof, he just deleted the threads.

2nd question, hell yea, please give us a how too or pm us with directions. I wanna know!

That is odd. With the settings as shown on the pic, you should be able to turn the car to the "on" position and hear the pump running. You can also open the VCM scanner, go to VCM controls>general. Click the intercooler pump on button.

Good stuff in here. I will make sure my tuner makes the adjustments. Although, I don't want the pump to always be running. Or do I?

So what are the pump settings from the factory? It seemed last night that it turned on almost as soon as I started the car.
