Ok.. i'm putting in the 2.6" soon..
right now for cooling mods i have only my CoolingMist Water/Meth Injections kit..
i know their a couple of stuff for cooling..
but im asking which is easiest to install and give a great performance and is average in price..
i know the dual end plate or stuff like that but i'm confused in those things..
Thanks

dam on my stock pullied car with no cooling mods I run about 25 deg above outside temp but it ranges from 20-30 deg during cruising. So my iat2 is almost always above 100 deg.

It would but if you want engine bay temps down more you can also turn on your coolant fans earlier, I would go with the engine cooling Mods 1st! I dynoed the other day & the temp outside was 87 degrees. I had my laptop hooked up during the 3 runs & Never broke 90 degrees & They were back to back runs with about 3 mins in between!!

The front mount actually barely does anything alone. Your stock H/E is fine for your stock aftercooler system.
It's only when you upgrade the aftercooler system to something like a dual pass that you need an additional H/E.
In simple terms, the heat that the stock aftercooling system is able to transfer to the coolant is cooled sufficiently by the stock H/E. When you upgrade to a dual pass it allows the aftercooler to transfer more heat to the coolant and then you need another heat exchanger because the stock one does not chill the coolant enough.
So basically the front mount is worthless w/o dual pass.

Here are my thoughts on this. The meth kit if sprayed before the blower will work wonders at keeping it cool with the 2.6" pulley as that's what I run right now. Now, the dual pass definitely does prevent the car from heatsoaking as fast. When I had my 2.8" pulley and no meth, I noticed a big difference in how much it took to heatsoak the car after putting on the dual pass. One run without the dual pass would heatsoak the blower. It would take 3-4 runs back to back to after the dual pass to heatsoak the car. Big enough difference to make me swap. I don't have a front mount HE yet, but from what I've talked about with some people and have studied if you remove the stock HE that is sandwiched between the AC condenser and radiator, and replace it with a front mount dual pass or tripple pass HE, you will indeed see a significant improvement in lower IAT2 temps. Not only does it make sense, it works great.
My personal recommendation for you is to at least do the dual pass in addition to you methanol kit. Then when you have some extra money do a real front mount HE. Some go with the CA kit for easy installation. If you want to do some bracket fabrication the Fluidyne 3 pass Cobra HE will fit up front without trimming the bumper and provide great increased cooling capacity. Matty on here has done the swap and it works awesome for him, so that is route I will be going as well when I return from the desert.
