Copper, platinum, or iridium plugs?

Copper, platinum, or iridium plugs? I'm sure it has been discussed but I can't find it. What is better for our boosted setups?

copper is all around a bbetter plug. now, they DO need to be cleaned/re-gapped/replaced more often, but on our cars, that's not hard.

iridium are good too just more expensive...I'd stick with copper and just stock up on a couple sets.
