Okay... wait a minute... back on topic here.

If you have time to even look at the boost gauge in 1st gear something's up. I have no idea how much boost I get in 1st b/c my eyes are always glued to the tach if I punch it in 1st.

The SS/SC will hit 12psi stock at around 6000 RPM in 2nd and 3rd... it takes a little time to creep up there from 10.

If you have less than oh say 1000 miles on the car you are gonna be limited in boost until the car "breaks in" anyways. I really wouldn't go back to the dealer and be nitpicking over it... everything sounds fine... god I hate the thought of some numbskull tech rummaging around under my hood or going out and thrashing my car on a "test drive" chasing after a ghost problem.

GM Stage 2 is 15psi.

Every car is different... and pressure will change some with altitude... but that's a nice round figure that you should be close to.

Perosnally I get a little past 15PSI when I really open her up... maybe 15.5.

last time i data logged I was at 10.88 psi I havent checked my psi after the downpipe install and the k&n filter. but on my boost gauge its barely past 10psi....... to me lower psi is fine with me cause to me that means less restriction cause psi is a measurement of restriction
