did some reaserch... that code is for sensor 1 in the header it has nothing to do with the rear o2 sensor, here read this...

UPDATE for those who care.. Replaced the emissions fuse under the hood, cleared the codes, now everything is fine. My idle is perfect again, no more stalling out all over the place. The CEL's are gone now so... COT IS IN FACT REMOVED ON STAGE 3!!
