Because you had a dead pump and/or bad plumbing?

OP how do you have everything routed?

No because I don't hve that setup. The most important thing (after verifying your pump works) is making sure that coolant flows by gravity to the pump inlet (side/center) from your fill point.

But I did jump the starter out from post to post...and the starter turned but wasn't engaged if you know what I mean

And to add to that I switch the crank fuse with the ac fan fuse and still nothing...

all you really need to do to check if ur PUmp is working is turn the key two clicks foward and look to see if fluid is moving..or you hear a pump noise..if you dont..its dead..Its a common issue on our cars. I just replaced mine...and when you fill it..the HE will take about half a gallon of coolent..if its bone dry.

half a gallon may be underestimating, my cx racing H/E took a full gallon of mix to fill up

I believe you filled up the wrong coolant resovoir. You see the little fill cap in front of the supercharger? Fill that with distilled water and repeat as necessary until the system is bled completely. It may take a couple days to work all the bubbles out. Make sure your IC pump is functional, in my experience they tend to go bad every 30-40K miles.

On the stock tune, the IC pump does not turn on with 2 key clicks IIRC.

I have the zzp tune will the pump turn on with the key??and also I didn't fill a reservoir it took about half a gallon I filled it from the radiator hose that connects to the top of the motor so I filled the stock heat exchanger first

I was just starting to wonder the same think since he kept mentioning engine coolant temp

Correct. And I'm not sure if zzp can tunes do that either.

Please understand that the LSJ motor has two separate coolant systems, one for the motor and one for the intercooler. You do not need to touch the motor coolant system at all when installing a heat exchanger. The coolant temp on the DIC is completely irrelevant to the intercooler coolant temperatures since they are separate. Watch your IAT1 and IAT2 temperature difference on your interceptor, IAT2 should be in the neighborhood of 20* higher than IAT1 while cruising. If they are more than 20* apart, you may have a bad IC pump and/or the system is not bled/routed properly.

You used the correct mix for the engine coolant system, however it is acceptable and better to run straight distilled water in the intercooler system granted you're not driving in freezing temperatures. I run distilled water 100% of the time since I'm in Texas and garage the car.

You have the Heat Exchange System and the Normally coolant system...the big pipe you prob took off is the normal one..
Now you said you have Option B?
Fill the second coolant bottle on the pass side till its Full...then drive around town letting the coolant get sucked into the Rads and refill as the coolant fills the space..it doesnt do no good if you cant drive the car to get the coolant moveing.
