A couple stage three questions
Jesus man, we are trying to help you. Read my posts, the answer is already there.
Ok so after scratching my head for a few days I jumped back into it I took the supercharger back off as well as the intake so I'm back down to nothing...is their anyone that can think of anything I could do to possibly gett it running any hidden grounds could be cleaned anything I should test??? And one question the wire on top of the starter the bigger of the two posts has two wires connected to it one goes to the positive on the underhood fuse box the other to the stud on the alternator??? Thanks for your help guys
I strongly disagree with the idea of an option B, I have AIT temperatures huddle around 110-130 in 70 degree weather with zzp dual pass and the zzp heat exchanger. The key is to keep opening up your cap to let the air escape, refill with coolant, then tighten it, turn the KEY on (don't start the car), keep the pump working for roughly a minute, turn the pump off, open the cap again and repeat. This took care of all the bleeding I had to do. Also buy an Aeroforce interceptor gauge like me, it gives you steady readings of your IAT2's which will basically tell you if your pump fails. Its all worth it, and could save you money later on.
And if your pump fails like mine did, ZZP sells them for $100 on their site.

If you haven't already bought a dual pass endplate I would highly recommend getting one, your IAT2 should be around 20 °F above the outside temp... also, make sure your lines are going the right direction from your stock heat exchanger into your new one... as far as the wiring goes, stop buy auto zone and grab a Chilton manual, everyone on here can help but its best if you can see exactly how it is supposed to go and have a guide right in front of you! I had a similar problem with my clutch and it ended up being my throw-out bearing... best of luck to you and once its all straight enjoy the hell out of the new boost!
