I just wanted to know what you guys used to pull your crank pulley off with, I pulled my ex's cavy crank off but the pulley puller was the type that screwed into the pulley's 3 holes (looks like ours can use the same type) but the middle bolt did shave a little metal off the hub when turning the bolt to pull it off. I'd rather not scar the face being that the piece could cause trouble putting the crank pulley retainer bolt back in. Only thing I did forget to use on the cav pulley was some oil on the pulley puller end to slide better then drag.

 

Ok I guess the cavy one was just harder to do, I bought a new one from pep boys, the 10$ more one and it came off with 2 fingers on the socket wrench.
